The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Unless otherwise stated below, there is neither a legal nor a contractual obligation to provide personal data.
Visiting the Website (Server Log Files)
When you access our website, our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich automatically collects information transmitted by your browser. This includes:
- accessed page/file
- date and time of access
- amount of data transferred
- browser type and version
- operating system of the user
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- IP address of the accessing device
This data is technically necessary to provide the website, ensure stability and security, and defend against attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
The IP address is stored by All-Inkl for a maximum of 7 days and then anonymized. Anonymized log data may be evaluated temporarily for technical reasons.
Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process your details (e.g. name, email address, message) exclusively to handle your request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication).
Storage period: Until the request has been fully processed or statutory retention obligations have been fulfilled.
Downloads
Documents provided by us (e.g. manuals, declarations of conformity) are made available directly via our web server. Only the server log data described above is generated; no further processing takes place.
Cookies
Our website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Where technically necessary cookies are required for certain functions, processing is based on Section 25(2) No. 2 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent is not required in these cases.
Data Disclosure
Personal data is only disclosed insofar as this is necessary for the operation of this website (hosting by All-Inkl). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
